Who is behind Woof N’ Wag

Tara - Owner

Abbey - 2IC

Mollie - Store Woman

How did Woof N' Wag get started?

In 2011 in walked Abbey a black Labrador pup with a waggy tail and a loud woof. She made it very clear from day one that she liked soft squeaky toys and soft comfy beds. She isn’t the “typical” lab that chews up everything but a gentle calm labrador with lots of love to give. She inspired us to start Woof N’ Wag and continue to love and enjoy all things dog and share all the amazing products there are in this growing market with other dog lovers in Australia.
Woof N’ Wag (originally The Tail Wags the Dog) was founded in 2013.

Having always owned dogs I have always looked for the best products out there for my dog to enjoy. I feel it is very important for a dog owner to feel content that they are providing their dogs with safe and reliable products that have not been made cheaply or by using any harsh chemicals that may cause harm to your dog.

Why we do it

To provide dogs and dog owners of Australia a range of quality dog products at an affordable price and to offer friendly, efficient and reliable service to all customers old and new.

We are serious about customer service

Here at Woof N’ Wag we want the customer to know that they are the most important person and we are always striving to make your experience with us better.

Your feedback is always appreciated as it helps us to improve our service if needed and for us to be even better at delivering what you are expecting from us. Of cause it is also very encouraging to get positive feedback which not only makes us feel good but it also helps potential customers with their choice of product and ultimately help them to choose to shop with us.

And always if you are looking for something in particular we don’t stock, contact us and we will make every effort to source it for you.
