 These Terms and Conditions are for your use of website


 General Information


 The following terms and conditions apply to the ordering, purchasing, fulfilment and delivery of products and the general use of Woof N’ Wag website. Please read before placing your order as they contain important information about the ordering process and the delivery of purchased goods. 


Woof N’ Wag attempts to ensure all contents of are accurate and current. Product prices, postage and handling fees are current at the time of display and are subject to variation without notice.


It is your obligation to ensure that the correct delivery address details are entered at time of ordering as parcels returned to Woof N’ Wag as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch charge. Charges for original dispatch are not refundable.


Delivery Time Frames

Please refer to Delivery Information. Customers should allow for standard Australia Post delivery times the following tool is helpful to gauge timeframes before placing your order, note we post from Orange, NSW post code 2800 


Damaged or Faulty Goods


Care is taken to inspect and pack your goods before they leave our wearhouse, all orders are signed off by one of our staff to ensure all your items are in perfect condition and have been packed safely.


Woof N’ Wag organise for deliveries to made via Australia Post. We recommend you select the option of ‘signature on delivery’ for your parcel when checking out this way if your parcel is lost or damaged by Australia Post we can lodge a claim on your behalf. If you choose not to have ‘signature on delivery’ for your order when your parcel is delivered it will be left at your door by Australia Post delivery staff, we are not liable or responsible for any damaged or missing orders




If you suspect your item may be faulty please contact Woof N’ Wag immediately we will then contact our suppliers and discuss further before offering any refunds or replacements. Please note product is void of warranty if damage to the item is caused by your dog.


Our Returns Policy


Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection however we recognise that mistakes can happen. If you purchase an item that is not the correct size we will return or exchange the item. The returned item must be in a new, re-saleable condition with all packaging intact within 60 days of purchase.


Please note the following:


  • The customer is responsible for all postage costs for returns or exchanges
  • The customer is responsible for price differences at the time of exchange
  • If items are being returned items costs will be refunded only via same payment method as customer originally made payment.

Special Orders


We are happy to try and assist if you are after a particular item we do not currently stock. Please email us at and we will let you know if we are able to obtain the items for you. Note special orders may take longer time to source supply and have posted out to you so please be aware of this.




Woof N’ Wag does not currently ship orders to destinations outside of Australia.
